The application process takes approximately six weeks from Step One to Step Four, during which period a variety of selection methods are utilised to ensure candidates fit the INPEX culture. More importantly, INPEX likes to talk with you.
- Step One: Written application reviewed by INPEX
- Step Two: Discussion with recruitment team
- Step Three: Testing phase (includes psychometric and profiling tests)
- Step Four: Discussion with relevant function/discipline selection team
- Step Five: Offer of three-year graduate position
