Case study: 2015 Reconciliation Action Plan
INPEX Australia has released its third Reconciliation Action Plan this year, demonstrating the Company’s long-term commitment to Reconciliation Australia’s journey to promote reconciliation and strengthen relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians.
INPEX President Director Australia, Seiya Ito said the plan demonstrates INPEX’s commitment to achieving these goals, with measurable targets relating to relationships, respect and opportunities.
“As at March 2015, more than 800 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, including 200 trainees, have been actively engaged on the Ichthys LNG Project,” Mr Ito said.
