To access support for Transacting with INPEX:

  • Access dedicated support from Ariba via the Help Centre within the Ariba Network.
    The Ariba Help Desk will provide support for the following:
  • Access support
  • General functional and technical support
  • Trading relationship acceptance and support with the linking of accounts
  • Support with integration and hosted catalogues
  • Support with profile set-up, managing users, notification preferences and navigation
  • Account registration

All suppliers can email the INPEX support team with any process support in relation to transacting via the Ariba Network.  The email address is provided in the project notification letter sent to all suppliers during enablement.

The INPEX Ariba support team will provide the following:

  • Order confirmation, invoice and credit memo submission
  • Application errors
